Ms. Dianne E. Wright has over twenty-five years experience in the Employee Assistance field. She is a former member of the Editorial Board for Social Work Today magazine, the former regional Vice president for the mid-central region, and she has done consulting on EAP-related matters throughout the General Motors Corporation, where she was employed. She has consulted on EAP-related issues with other companies throughout the United States and Canada. She is a lecturer and presenter on a variety of topics, which include addiction, EAP, and workplace violence.

She has co-authored “Reaching Out-A Guide to EAP Case-finding" and has written numerous articles on addiction-related topics. She is a member of the editorial board of Social Work Today Magazine, as their consultant on addiction-related stories. Her articles have been featured in their publication, as well.

Ms. Wright is in private practice in Flint, Michigan where she specializes in treating addictions, and dually diagnosed clients.

The Michigan Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, where she has been a member for fifteen years, claimed her as its president for two terms. She is serving currently as a Board Member, and also devotes time to the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, as the regional vice president for the mid-central region.
